Our Foundation could not be effective
if it wasn't for the generous donations of others.
ESTABLISH A MEMORIAL OR HONORARY FUND WITHIN THE FOUNDATION: Unfortunately,
with this disease we experience several losses throughout the year. It is through the caring and sharing of these families
that lose a loved one, they opt to establish a "fund" within our foundation to honor their loved one and to raise
necessary dollars to further research. Many, many, thousands of dollars are generated each year through memorial gifts. If you would like to establish a
memorial fund for a loved one we would be honored to assist you with that and can assure you that EVERY dollar that
is donated will go directly towards LMS research and awareness. You may establish a memorial or honorary fund in a loved
ones name by contacting Jane Moulds, the foundation treasurer, at jane@nlmsf.org or by phoning the foundation at (888) 449-6805. All donations are tax deductible under our 501 C-3 non profit organization status. Each
donor will receive a personal letter of thanks and gratitude from the foundation as well as a receipt for their tax records.
This is also a wonderful way to honor LMS Survivors for special occasions! CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO NLMSF WITH THE FUND NAME IN THE MEMO! Make a Donation
